Processing & Production Time All BriarHearth products are made to order through our partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: $5.99
- Free shipping on orders over $50 (use code FREESHIP50 at checkout)
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
Canada
- Standard Shipping: $9.70
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after fulfillment
International Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $9.22–$14.99 depending on destination
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days after fulfillment

Shipping Protection (Route)
If you added Route shipping protection to your order, it applies per package. If your order ships in multiple boxes, each package is protected individually — so if one arrives damaged or lost, you can file a claim for that specific shipment without affecting the other.
