Briar Hearth works with different specialized manufacturers depending on the product — for example, jewelry is made to order by a dedicated jewelry production partner, separate from our apparel supplier. If your order includes items from more than one category, they'll ship separately with their own tracking numbers so you can follow each one individually. Will my items arrive at the same time? Not always. Because each item type has its own production and shipping timeline, packages from the same order can arrive on different days. Check each tracking link for the most accurate delivery estimate. Do I pay extra shipping for split packages? No — we charge a single flat shipping rate, no matter how many packages your order ships in. Is shipping protection covered on all my packages? Yes. If you added Route protection at checkout, it covers every package in your order individually. How long do other items take to ship compared to apparel? Items typically ship within 2–5 business days of ordering. Apparel processing time is 2-5. Both timelines start on the date of purchase, not on the date you receive a confirmation email. Since production begins quickly after checkout, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order has likely entered production and can no longer be canceled or refunded for change of mind.
