Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size or change of mind — please double check our size chart before ordering.
We do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- There's a clear manufacturing or print error
If any of the above applies, email us within 7 days of delivery at theinkblackcat009@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we can only cancel or modify an order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it's likely already in production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Times
Most orders are produced within 2–4 business days and delivered within 7–11 business days total, depending on your location. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll help track it down.
